Potential for Growth: The organization has a desire to grow, AND has a high likelihood of inspiring others to commit the financial and human resources needed to succeed.
Committed Leadership: The organization is run by a passionate team, and has at least one leader who is committed to steering the organization for the three years of the Accelerator.
